APF firewall blocking NAS Backup

TP support told me to enter the below line to the allow.hosts file. (IP and ports changed for security reasons) I read the APF doc and searched this forum, but can't come up with the answer. (TP doesn't want to make this easy, since they have a firewall to sell, I guess.)

He said I need to enter this:

allow, 22,23/tcp; 139,140,141 & 447/tcp and udp for ip 72.88.63.7

I know that is not exactly correct.

Can I have an assist with this please?
