Transferring accounts without root
Is it possible to transfer accounts from a server whose root password I do not have, to another server whose root password I do have.
Basically I need to move clients from a cPanel based environment and have all of their usernames, and if need can get their passwords if they changed it. I need to move these over to a VPS based environment, and the system admin for the box I want to move from is either AWOL, severly sick, or has stepped into the twilight zone in other words I am not getting any response from either my tickets I have submitted, and\or messages I have left on voicemail system. This is going on to it's second week, and its getting old real quick.
