Server Time and Date changes

I have a weird problem with my server. Everytime I set my server time with correct Date&Time, it constantly moves faster and changes the server time. I have to change to correct time every single day.

Could anyone point out what the problem might me and how I can resolve this??

Server Specs. AMD 3000+ CentOS.x64 with cPanel/WHM
