I password protected /public_html/members with a password, ie somepw22, however, I was able to login with the password somepw. Moreover, I added any characters after somepw and it still works. Eeek. Also, if I set the password to somepw (this time without the 22 at the end) I can enter any extra characters at the end and it will still let me through.
This is so strange... never happened before, i had to enter the EXACT password to get through. No clue as to why this is happening.
EDIT: I tried experimenting with different password combinations to login and it's getting more bizarre :0 for example, I set the password to: howareyouxx
