stopping porn referrers

looking thru my referring sites logs i see tons of supposed referring links from porn sites.

naturally none of these sites really link to me and i know they just want people to click on them, but how do i make this stop since it is muddying up my referring stats.

imagine trying to sell a website and having to show your stats!
