Rdns

We already have reverse DNS setup on our STATIC IP dedicated box. Still SORBS is blocking mails and stating that our static IP is dynamic!?

What steps to take to resolve this?

Example:

IN HEADER

550 Mail from OUR.IP refused.

for an explanation.

Dynamic IP Space (LAN, Cable, DSL & Dial Ups)
OUR.IP/28

Dynamic/Generic IP/rDNS address, use your ISPs mail
server or get rDNS set to indicate static assignment.
Currently inactive and not flagged to be published in
DNS.
