MySQL Upgrade..

Hi,

We are using MySQL 4.0.25-standard at our server.And we are planning to upgrade this to MySQL 4.1

But we heard that,after upgrading,there may be some problems with the sites that are currently using the old version.

What do you think about this?Can you share your opinions with us?
