I don't know why my httpd suddenly cannot start after reboot. It simply says [Failed] without any other information. I checked the error_log, it says something related to SSL. But I didn't use SSL for any site at all. Wrote email to technical support and they suggested to reformat and reinstall! Called but always get machine anser. Managed to get online caht but the guy nver get back to me after 7 hours later when I ask again, he said "Did you not get email from support?" (the email ask me to reformat). What a horrible technical support! ANybody please help. thanks a million
