Have all incoming hits from a particular refferrer redirected?

I want all incoming hits from a particular website (eg. baddomain.com) redirected to a different website.

So, if someone clicks a link on baddomain.com that takes them to my website, they are redirected from my website to yahoo.com

How can that be done?
