Transfering domain onto new server - Nameservers problem?
I've just purchased a new box where I will be moving everything. I'm using Plesk, so it was the first thing I installed, everything installed fine etc.
On my old server, I hosted my own nameservers. I set the nameservers in my domain registar (godaddy) as NS1.DOMAIN.COM / NS2.DOMAIN.COM, then added NS/NS1/NS2 in Plesk DNS for the domain as A records pointing to 2 IPs.
Can someone check that I've done this right? I've deleted the domain completely on the old server, set it up on the new server adding NS/NS1/NS2 as A records on the new server so in theory the name servers should just switch over to the new server / IPs?
