Problem sending emails with qmail

Hello, when i send an email, the server sends me an email with error:

<xxx@DESTINATION.com>:
66.66.66.66 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550-Verification failed for <MY@DOMAIN.COM>
550-No Such User Here
550 Sender verify failed
Giving up on 66.66.66.66

Received: from MYHOST (HELO ?192.168.1.4?) (MY@DOMAIN.com@MYIP)
by MYSERVER.COM with SMTP; 25 Nov 2005 01:48:54 -0000

And my email not arrives to the user in DESTINATION.COM. Perhaps the problem is here -> MY@DOMAIN.com@MYIP????
