Website Hacked - What now?
So, one of my websites was hacked into yesterday. It was a game site and the hacker deleted high score, contest, and other information. The site is in my signature.
I'm sure he/she was capable of doing more than they did, so it was a relatively minor intrusion. Still, it's a pain in the butt.
The only information I have about this user is a gmail address they used to sign up with. I don't have any IP info that I know of. Is their anything I can do with this information to track down the offender? This has never happened to me before and I'm not quite sure what the normal response is.
