I am farily new to the web world. I have been writting html for about a year and I have setup a webserver with basic settings before. I am about to launch a recipes website that will lead up to an ecommerce website. In the research to the recipes website I had a flurry of ideas for other ecommerce websites. I presently have a hosting plan with aplus.net that holds my recipes website. My question is this: Can I register a few different urls and have some kind of redirect page that allows people to automaticly be redirected to the sub folder that I choose? For example. I have abc-dot-com and xyz-dot-com pointing to the same index.html page right now. Can I do some sort of code that send people that type in the abc.com url to the indexabc.html page and people that type in the xyzdotcom url to direct to the indexxyz.html page? I am not sure if that makes sense. The point of the whole issue is to try out different ecommerce ideas without having to buy a seperate hosting plan for each one. I will not be doing any shopping carts on these sites. No selling either. These will only be information sites. If there is traffic created that merrits selling I will then purchase a seperate hosting plan for them. Thanks for the help.
