Problem in sending and reciving emails after installing ClamAV

After installing ClamAV by cpanel, we are not able to recive emails or send emails.

But, when we use the Outlook Express it shows that we are reciving emails normally .. while that is not true because I tried to send emails from other domain names to domain names on the server

Also, we are not able to send emails .. and we are reciving Server Error 451 (in outlook express).

Looking for your help.

please note, VlamAV was installed before trying to install it from CPANEL. but it is not auto updating.

For the web interace email, no errors comes .. while sending and reciving emails not working also.
