Need urgent help backing up Mysql DB.

Hello,

My server has crashed and I need to backup mysql db in /var/lib/mysql

This server is CentOS 4.2 and it has whm/cpanel running.

Can someone please provide me with instruction on how to backup the databases individually using the mysql dump command?
