Lsass.exe Crash On Dual Xeon Server Causing Reboots ?

Embedded hardware controller for RAID-1 mirroring.
Dual 10/100 Mbps LAN card.
Windows 2003 Standard Edition.
I am facing issue on server rebuild. There have been two occasions so far.
1. After installing BlackICE on server, it crashed and the O/S i.e. windows 2003 standard edition was unstable givin stop error at boot. 2. The second time the migration process almost succeeded and name servers were changed but suddenly the system stopped responding. I have following third party softwares installed on server: hosting Controller, Imail, DNS, IIS, MS SQL, MY SQL, TOMCAT, COLD FUSION, PHP, PERL, and a few com components like aspupload, aspjpeg etc.
Please tell me if there are any conflicts or limitations for any of them to be used on dual xeon server. I know that HC is fully compatible with windows and dual xeon processor, but still it is notable that it was the last service I started before the server crashed. Also there is a possiblity that as soon as network activity started on server after dns propagation. the server crashed. The problem now is that I am unable to keep server stable and LSASS.EXE is causing the server to reboot again and again. I have checked the server but no worms were found that could cause this issue.Any ideas what could be causing this?
