Certain webmails not receiving my email

Whenever I email those that I host from my account software or forum, those who use hotmail, yahoo, or gmail seem to never receive those emails. If I email them through WHM or regular emaill, there are no problems.

I've double checked that my IPs are not blacklisted and that reverse DNS is set up. I also have exim set to include the x headers when mailing. I'm totally at a loss here. Can anyone help?
