HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily

I have a customer that is moving a few sites off one of our servers and moving them to his new dedicated. He is trying to use the WHM server to server transfer option, but is encountering this error:

Attempting to login as beere to Server name via ftp
Login ok
Uploading Htaccess
Uploading Wrapper
Uploading Dectector
Uploading Packager
Uploading Downloader
Uploading Killer
chmoding scripts
Unable to get uid of remote account...(trace information follows)...

HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily
Content-Length: 0
Location: /~beere/cgi-bin/cpdownload/cpanelwrap.cgi?beere?ABCDEFGH


Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction

Any ideas what would be causing this?

My customers appear to see this error on their sites when he attempts these transfers.
