I'm currently running Redhat Enterprise 3 with WHM/Cpanel installed on the box as well as a gameserver control panel. What I'm having trouble with is setting up a new user via SSH. I know how to setup the new user but the tricky part for me is making so this new user doesn't conflict with WHM/CPanel. Basically lets say I make a user called test and I want the user test to be able to access the home directory of my server via FTP. Well that part isn't an issue but the problem is making so this user has full access in the home directory. I know that WHM/Cpanel needs to be able to do things in the home directory which is why I need some help. Could someone kind of walk me through setting up a new user with full access to the home directory without messing up WHM/Cpanel?
