Im getting problem mail bounce. Once in a 3 days mail bounce. I using SBS 2003 on Windows 2003. What could be the problem. I create New User and Email Account, configure necessary settings. When Client want to send mail directly to new user account by To:CC:BCC: Its doesnt show new user accounts over der.
What could be the actual causes and resolving steps for Mail Bounce and Not Appearing USer ID.
