My server load is low but my site is taking VERY long to load.

I woke up today to see my site loading extremly slow.

Server:

Intel Xeon 2.4Ghz Processor
1GB ECC DDR Memory

Stats:

Server Load 0.94 (2 cpus)
Memory Used 15 %
Swap Used 0.11 %

Ping:

Ping #1: Got reply from xx.xx.xxx.xx in 6.8ms [TTL=58]
Ping #2: Got reply from xx.xx.xxx.xx in 6.2ms [TTL=58]
Ping #3: Got reply from xx.xx.xxx.xx in 6.3ms [TTL=58]
Ping #4: Got reply from xx.xx.xxx.xx in 6.1ms [TTL=58]

Anyone know why? My server load is low but my site is taking VERY long to load.
