Help with encoding - Urgent please...
I think this is a hosting problem, thats why i puted in this forum and not at web desing. Sorry if i'm wrong
I have a page hosted in a shared server, ( the page is www.ecomeios.com ) and this is a site for a small portuguese company.
We need the encoding at iso-8859-1
I have that at the HTML code, but the server is strangelly sending all the encoding in UTF-8
I have the <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /> in the code so the encoding can change, but as you can see at this screenshot taken with a http sniffer working it doesn't change:

This is a shared server, and the admin of the server is saying that i am guilty and that his server has no problem, but with another site hosted at his server, everything is ok:

I puted phpinfo.php in www.ecomeios.com/phpinfo.php so you can see if there is any kind of problem.
I searched in all PLESK and i haven't found an option to change the default encoding, and right now the only solution is to change á for á but all the mails sended thought the page came with the carachters messed up because the users dont know about this problem, and the search engines don't index the words as i like.
I know that my browser and computer is not the problem because it works like this in every computer i tried. You can try it too to see what happends.
Please help me with this situation becase i am serching for a solution for a long time and i can't solve it.
