How to bann range of countries (IP Bann)
I'm a new webmaster and I would like to bann number of coutries from accessing to my website or relocate them to some other place, after some researching I found out it is possible to bann IP ranges of countries.
I have a Redhat Linux hosting and I have access to cPanel, there is a future called IP Deny Manager but I'm not sure if it is the right thing that I'm looking for.
Can anyone suggest me how to block/bann/relocate number of countries from whole server or part or server, maybe it's possible with some perl/cgi/php scripts or even with IP Deny Manager
btw, banning comes fisrt for me, relocating is at second periority
