I have just secured a server for a client but even after securing port scanning from Korea and Japan ISPs continued unabated for days. It seems they were able to make use of quite a number of Class Cs IPs, I tried complaining to their ISPs, guess what, their listed abuse email addresses are full.
For those who encountered similar issues, how do one get Japan and Korea ISPs to take action?
