Getting 403 Forbidden Errors Some times

Hello,

I have a VPS .

Server Load 0.57 (4 cpus)
Memory Used 59.8 %
Swap Used 23.93 %
Disk vzfs (/) 50 %

my server is up and i dont use all of memory but there are a lot of 403 forbidden errors when i refresh the page 3-4 tmes it opens do you know where is the mistake Getting 403 Forbidden Errors Some times any url on the server on the any domain sometimes giving 403 forbidden errors.

they are most of times ok but some times giving these errors for example when it gives in

http://www.exampleclient.com 403 error

i type

http://exampleclient.com and it opens

or i try with ip it opens.

then refresh the page it opens with www after 3-4 times.

i think it is because of a DNS issue. But i couldnt find where is the wrong config.

Me and all of my clients getting these errors. I wish i could fine the fix. thanks for your replies.
