cleaning the server from accounts that don't resolve

Until this week, i was using a manual system for billing and package creation, with the troubles this give us.

Now, we are moving to modernbill and we are making a manual cleaning of the servers, suspending the accounts that are on the server but don't resolve, for example wrong ips, duplicate accounts on servers, etc.

On 2 servers we did it manually, on other 2 we asked platinumserversmanagement.com if they knows any program to do that, they ask us that yes, that they have one, they did it on the 2 servers we have with them but know they don't want to tell us wich program it's cleaning the server from accounts that don't resolve

My question, anyone knows with program/scripts it's? the result the program gives it's like that:
