Plesk - Horde - Webmail attachment issue

Hello,

The webmail (horde) of Plesk 7.5.4 for Windows don´ t show option to add attachment (files) when I write a new message.

I already send a ticket to support of Swsoft but he don´t resolve my problem. Plesk - Horde - Webmail attachment issue

Please, how to fix this problem?
