Just wondering how many have the problem of the network card refusing to negotiate at full-duplex. My server for the past day has been experiencing extremely slow speeds. It turns out it's a fault of the nic being negotiated at 100mbit Half-duplex. The techs tried to auto-negotiate but to no avail. Forcing it to 100mbit Full-duplex didn't work either. At the moment, it's running at 100mbit Half-duplex. They said that the card needs to be replaced. Is this a common issue? I mean how can it be faulty while it's still being able to transfer? It's strange this happened out of no where.
