Server load at 15.5 (1 CPU) ??

I need some help from all the web hosting masters around here...

I have a dedicated server with servermatrix, running celeron 2.4GHz, 1GB Ram - and the service status in WHM is showing "Server Load 15.5 (1cpu)" and flasing red, should I be worried? I only got 2 sites running on the server...I know what is causing the high loads..and I cant do anything about that...

usually, at what "server load" value will make the system unstable? when will it crash? and what's the worse that could happen? im not very familiar with unix and these technical specs, so any will be deeply appreciated.
