servint server hacked?

Friend who has site via reseller hosted at servint started getting 'web site unavailable' emails from his 3rd party site availability checker around the 22nd December.

Reported it, infomed server was being attacked.

Since then site availability has been better, but some issues remain and the help ticket remains open.

Very surprised that servint who have great reputation and do respond so quickly to support issues have yet to close the hacker(s) down.

Wondering if any other servers there are being attacked or just the one.
Anyone else experienced issues around that time and since?
