Can someone please explain this?

I was just checking my awstats today and saw this (see bold part):

26 Dec 2005 1109 19924 149125 754.78 MB

28 Dec 2005 1103 19565 904013 15.43 GB

How did this happen. What caused it? I checked the spiders/robots and it's not them.

How can I trace the source of this huge consumption of bandwith?
