server down but ping and trace rt OK
Recently my delicate linux server (from the planet) has a problem which happened twice. Web connection to the server is down, cannot access web site, cannot enter shell (it is connected, but no prompt). Ping or tracert are Ok. ROD rebooting makes no difference.
The server is only hosting a few website and is very lightly loaded.
I am curious what nature the problem is.
