Need a little help with Exchange

Hi-

I'm following this tutorial and am completely lost where he sets up a Recepient Policy:

I tried following the steps he's mentioned but cant seem to- I think the artilce is a bit old and I dont know how/where or what he's doing with the Advanced Find part in that section.

Would appreciate if someone can post a link to any other tutorial or a step by step on that Recepient Policy for Exchange 2003 SP2.
