Exim Relaying

Hi,

I have tried setting up the SMTP email alternative for vbulletin but it doesn't work.

I have tried checking the exim logs and it showed:

2006-01-02 15:02:49 no IP address found for host 228.152.36.72.reverse.layeredtech.com (during SMTP connection from (mail.domain.com) [1.1.1.1.1.])
2006-01-02 15:02:49 H=(mail.domain.com) [1.1.1.1.1] F=<email1@email.com> rejected RCPT <email@email.com>: (mail.domain.com) [1.1.1.1.1] is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

note: I have filtered the original ip with 1.1.1.1.1
