Webpage problem

Hi I got a new server with layertech servers I've set it up to work and all is working except a strange problem with one of the websites I have.

The website works as it's on the other server but under the new server the php links don't work http://www.spiritofwar.co.uk/index.php could this be a missing file in cpanel causing this problem?

I have setup similar to my previous server.

I'm running CentOs 4.2 with WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R95

The thing I was expecting to go wrong was the forum but that works fine lolWebpage problem
