4 FSCK in less than a week

It appears as if there's something wrong with my server/hard drive. It's run 4 FSCKs in the last 7 days. SSH becomes totally in accessible and the loads jump to 10+ and upon reboot, FSCk runs... What could be the problem?

Layeredtech suppsedly ran a test on the hard drive and found nothing wrong. Right now, my server's going to be down for a good 4-5 hours (time it takes to run an FSCK) and I have no answers.
