Need some mysql help

ok i want to connect to mysql through

mysql-front

i get this error when trying to connect

SQL execution error # 1130 #hy00host MY HOSTF ROM MY ONE PC is not allowed to connect to this mysql server

how do i fix this to allow my host from another computer to access the mysql on another host
