I have a dedicated server at LayeredTech with Webmin as the only control panel. I have tried setting up proftp (as it is an option with webmin), but I cannot get it to work. Even when I get the server to run I get the following error:
Connected to *.*.*.252. 421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
I have read good and bad things about proftp so I am not sure if I should continue to try this, or if I should try a different server. Does anyone have any suggestions?
