Problem with SSL Certificate Installation
1. Generated a Private Key
2. Generated a CSR using the private key.
3. Yesterday, purchased an SSL certificate
4. Today, I uploaded the SSL in cpanel
After doing all that I tried accessing my website with https and a security alert pops up saying "Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, their is a problem with the sites security certificate." It says that the certificate is from a trusted certifying authoring. The security certificate date is valid. But, "The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site. Do you want to proceed?
When I view the certificate it isn't even the certificate I bought. It is the certificate that my hosting company uses for their shared ssl certs.
Does anyone know what this would be like this?
