Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed.

Hi gurus,

I'm having headache with few email servers that refuse emails from our server. Please see the bounced email below, it might tell you what's wrong. I tried to figure it out myself but nothing works Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed.

All major and vast majority of smaller email servers accepts email just fine even when we send newsletter to all our customers (230000+ emails). This problem seems to always happen with the same smaller servers... Maybe they require some settings change?
