Fp worms?(stat.php)

I noticed some of the accounts in the Linux server with FP EXT installed had this file
"/images/_vti_cnf/stat.php" & "/images/index_img/stat.php" in it. It causes very high load on the server as these files is being accessed very frequent.

Is this a worm?Where do i find the solution for this worm?I don't find anybody putting the file inside the accounts so i believe the file is generated from FP Ext.
