PHP 4.4.0 Problems.. Please help

i`ve installed the php 4.4.0 after the http://www.devside.net/web/server/linux/php tutorial and i have this problem ... can some one tell me how to get pass of it ...

Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
