The best Free Email Server

I'm looking for a good emailserver for linux. I was previously using xmailserver which was very easy to install and had all the necessary things (pop, imap, and smtp server) all built in. However the latest version fixes a security hole but I'm unable to install it.

I'm thinking of switching to Sendmail/Qmail/Postfix but am not sure which one is the best. I'm looking for something that is pretty secure and has lots of features. Does anyone have some advice?
