Hey, i'm just wondering if mod_gzip will be of great benefit to my site. The site is www.shortflip.com (not quite complete yet). The coding is pretty miserable and the html is thus very large. Before i migrate and pay for someone to redesign it at much greater expense, i'm wondering if a mod_gzip install is appropriate. I ran a test on this site http://www.pipeboost.com/GetReport.a...ortflip.com%2F and it shows a 85% reduction in html size. Also, if anyone here can perform this supposedly quick install / configuration, send me an IM on AIM to MOSMEF06. Thanks guys.
