Which 3ware Sata Raid controller should I choose?

Hi

I'm building a new nas system with 4 x 160GB Sata drives. I will use Centos 4.2 and I'm not sure, which 3ware raid controller would be the right one:

3WARE 8506-4LP
3WARE 9500S-4LP

The price is nearly the same, but which one works better with Centos?
