cPanel Disk Usage

I have an issue about cPanel disk usage. cPanel/WHM displays that one account uses about 500 MB of space, while real usage is just 200 MB. Shell displays only 200 MB of space usage as well. How can I fix this trouble? /scripts/fixquotas doesn't help
