I'm setting up a site that uses mod_proxy/mod_rewrite, and need to be able to edit the virtual host's config. The server this is on, however, is using CPanel/WHM, so the config gets rewritten every time it changes in the CP. How can I manually add a couple lines to a vhost's config and have them stay? I have root access to WHM, if I can do it from there somewhere.
