CPanel: Root Mailbox inaccessible
I've got a client whose CPanel is perfectly fine, and other mailboxes are ok, but when they try to access the root mailbox on the server (same username and password as the CPanel of course) they just can't get access.
I have deleted the inbox.lock file by the way each time the attempt fails to clear the path for next time. So I know it's not that.
any ideas?
