I'm running a dedicated server on redhat with cpanel. I've generated a backup file using pkgacct and moved the file to a directory in one of my accounts, used CHMOD to give it permisions but it won't show up in FTP no matter what I try. I did the same for another account and it worked, just for this one. If I try to access it from the web I can see the file but it says permision denied. Any ideas?
