SSL Install failing
Please help.
I purchased a SSL Cert and now trying to install it. As per the Installation procedures , it seems very straight forward but when I follow the procedure, it always gives error :
So let me tell you step by step what I am doing:
1. Received SSL CERT in e-mail from ssl provider
2. Created key for the domain from cpanel
SSL Manager --> Private Keys
3. Now trying to install SSL per the instruction (FROM Web HOST Manager)

4. Now I pasted the generated key and ssl cert from ssl provider and when click on Do, I get the following errors:
Attempting to verify your certificate..... Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file
If I am doing anything wrong, could you provide a step by step procedure please.
Your help is much needed as I tried a lot but still no luck.
